Twice in the last 2 weeks I've received calls but had no audio on my end. The person calling can hear me, but I hear nothing. Speakerphone also has no audio. Both times I called my wife's phone and didn't hear the ringer or her talking once she picked up. It would still play music and I could still hear alerts. The only thing I could do to fix it was battery pull both times. Has anyone else had this problem? What causes it?
