zerohour was too fast for me. His suggestion about being sure you're disconnected is a good one. You might also try using CrackMem to manage your upgrade. It's available from my sig.

I just installed 4.5.0.110 and it works great on TMO. The only concern I have is the file free it's at 12812603 bytes. Is this something I need more of? I heard some people have 20xxxxxx. Any feedback would be great. THanks.

Thanks Jeff and zerohour. I definitely don't have my bb connected when I download and install the new os. I'll have a look at Crackmem later and see if that works. Thanks

OK, just tried updating using CrackMem, and when I got through to the DM part it still says no update is available. CrackMem recognises that I have .110 on my computer but something seems to be missing between there and DM. Any ideas? I'm completely baffled!

Look in Pete6's CrackMem thread, on the last couple of pages. He's helping a guy with a similar problem. See if that helps you.

Thanks for your help Jeff, turns out being connected to the internet was what was stopping it working, which is odd as it's never happened before. But it's done now, yay
