i've set up two email accounts online and on the device, but i can't send or recieve from the BB. when i attempt to compose an email, it says that no email address is configured.
first day with it, so i'm excited but wondering what the secret code is to get it do what i want it to.
try maybe resending service book sfrom the BIS site? :S

you mean send. i don't guess i've found the "BB for dummies" setup page yet. thanks. now it's saying that i should be getting emails in about 20 minutes.
ditto! not a big deal, lots of little things to catch on to, ive had a bb for almost 6 months now, just figured out i can select more than one message to delete at a time by holding shift! lol
