Just got my wife a pearl (tmobile) and it has tzones set for the browser but it doesn't look like the normal web browser was ever installed on the phone. Anyone had this experience or know how to get that web browser installed?

Ok then on your home screen, there should be a Browser app, click on it and that will give you the internet you want

Try Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Menu>Register Now
If that doesn't solve your problem, definitely call TMO
