Few quick questions:
I realize this phone will take quite a while to get use to, but I love it so far.
1) Is there a way to separate inbox and outbox for SMS messages?
2) Any simple ways to move free music from computer to phone? Or free ringtones?

1. Go to options sms then click to hide sent messages
2. Yes use desktop manager. But you need to get a sd card first then you can use mass media to drag and drop music
Which email you using ? You should be able to do it by going through the set up wizard
I did. The first time my hotmail email address wouldn't go through. I tried logging back in to do it, and now it shows my log in ID and password isn't working.
Talk about jumping in both feet first!

Also, what's the quickest way to create a folder to put all my unused icons in?
unused icons in a folder FTW. hidings an extra step not needed.
click your menu/bb key to get to icon view.. then click it again and choose create folder (or is it add folder) give it a name choose an icon, scroll to ok, and your down.
to move an icon into the folder highlight said icon, click the menu/bb key and choose move.. now move the trackpoint over the folder you created and press the trackball... done.
Well, only accounts created prior to 2000 can be used for free on BB! If you want to have your hotmail sent to your BB, you have to upgrade to a premium hotmail account.
