First of all hello. Ive been trolling this place for the past couple of day and notice that there its a lot of helpful people here for I say thank you very much before hand.
Now i just got a bb from sprint. thing worked fine first couple of weeks and then it just started deleting my messages and call log. Its pretty annoying since it does it so fast that many time i dont even get a chance to read my messages. Is there something I can do to get this solve? Also i notice that when this started happening I got a new icon on the screen whenever i make or receive a phone call. Its like a rectangle cut diagonally with the top 1/2 black and the bottom 1/2 blue. I've called costumer service but they dont know what to do or what that new icon is. Any help is much appreciated.
I got about 10.5 mbs free btw.
