hi,
I stumbled across this site and so far have found it pretty informative.. I just got my BB pearl on friday,(ive got Sprint) and so far i am liking it, but i am at a loss on what is really going on my phone >.< sometimes...

I have got my work email forwarded to my bb, (it is a pop3 account) and I am trying to get it to sync with my outlook. I have checked my phone and it is selected to delete, or show read with my mailbox, but it isn't seeming to work, Too on my blackbeery desktop support under sychronize, my "reconcile messages" is grayed out... All the information i can find is that is may or not be available depending on different situations..

I have kinda searched the forums and so far it looks like it should be working.. but iunno.. maybe some of you pros can help..

I hate to sound like too much of a noob >.<
This is my 1st smart phone too
