I just downloaded Nav4All; now when I try to open it, I get the error: "startApp error: net.rim.device.api.system.ControlledAccessExceptio n".
I tried downloading, deleting and re-downloading it several times. Anyone know what this means?

Beats me. I get the same error. Amaze and other GPS apps work fine. I have an 8130 on Verizon with an external bluetooth GPS.
