Okay, this may be stupid, but I just got my phone a few weeks ago, and it was ringing for a while. Now, I can't hear any ringing or my alarm. I checked in my profiles, and I hit the mute button and still nothing. Am i missing some other place where you can manage sound? I still can hear the ringtones when I go through the media application so it isn't the speaker. Help!
I had a problem about a week ago, where my phone was not receiving calls, I could make a call fine on it but the phone would not receive a call. I had to call the carrier and they cleared something on my phone.
Have you called your berry from another phone while looking at your berry to see if the call is even making it to your berry.
