go to the "manage connections" icon. once you open that you should be able turn the connection back on.

If that doesn't work could also be a super-dead battery. If its down to 0% it will shut off the radios but still turn on. For a little bit anyways. If its neither of these suggestions, I don't know what it could be....

If that dont works,, fully charge your device(shuted down), and retry... You can remove your battery too, that reboot the phone and fix a lot of software problems.

If your battery was really low, and it went to off, charge it for a bit then do a battery pull. That will get the radio working again

That happens when i get extra low batteries, i usually just reset or go to manage connections.
