I have recently upgraded my Operating system and just today went to listen to my music files and I am getting an error message stating that file format is not supported. All files are MP3

The upgrade is 4.5.0.169 but it seemed to be a huge one. Instead of just updating, the upgrade seemed to reformat the phone.

I am also getting errors on the phone taken Video but it does play.

Any ideas?

Editing to add--I still have voice dialing but I am not hearing the voice to ask me what number. It is like all my sound systems are not working.

Some more details--the errors seem to be related to the Voice recognition dialing.

I can pull the battery and reset the phone and all files will work. However once I use the Voice recognition they stop working until I pull the battery again.

Any ideas?

What 3rd party apps do you have and have you looked in your Event Log for errors?
