I recently let a friend of mine "edit" some of the core software in an attempt to free up some memory. Since then I have experienced some issues with my berry feezing up, being unable to download content in MMS messages, and my standby mode function not working. I am trying to find out how I would restore my device software to the factory state (this restoring the deleted files). I have completed a device wipe via the options menu but it didn't fix the issue. Can someone tell me where and how I should go about doing a complete reinstall of the operating software?
