Verizon states that this phone can handle up to 8 GB MicroSDHC cards.
I am using Sprint, but, a 4 GB card is HDSC like the 6 GB one I just bought. It should work, right?
By the way, after quite a bit of searching, I found this 6 GB card w/ adapters for $70 (SanDisk). If anyone would like to know where, just let me know and I'll dig the link back up.
RIM offers a service for Blackberry support. The # 877-255-2377
However, I called 4 times and finally just pretended i was going to purchase the 8130 Pearl, because there tech support cost money, but the blackberry purchase hotline does not. I like the think i am Sneaky...
I pretended so i could ask the simple question "What size memory card is the 8130 Pearl compatible with?"
RIM said the 8130 Pearl is there newest product and is compatible with, up to, 8GB HD-SDHC card, or just simply SDHC card.
Since the really sweet blogger baby daycare will not let me post a URL.

I've read that the Sprint model will still take the 8gig SDHCs. I'm a tech for Sprint- but I'll tell you it took me a while to track down that much information. its not posted anywhere- not even in the manual. I'm going to test it out as soon as I get my 8gig in a week or 2.
