Can you do a master reset on a BB? I need to do one so I get up to 12million whatever I need. I did a battery pull last night and had almost 13 million but now I am down to 10million I would like to start fresh but if not or if is too complicated I am not going to do it.

There is not a master reset for blackberry devices. There is only a soft and hard reset. Are you trying to increase your file free memory? If so use the Memory Optimizaion link in my sig. Here's a link for soft and hard restes if you need them.
