When I press and hold the "1" key, my phone normally dials into my voicemail.

Tonight I pressed and held the "1" key and received the following message on my screen:

"INVALID PHONE NUMBER"



I've played around for a bit and cannot get that key reassigned to my voicemail. I'm sure it's a simple answer.

Ideas?

Jason, that has happened to me a few times also. Try this...
Click the green phone button, then menu>View Speed Dial List>highlight #1 click menu delete. Restart the phone and it should come back.
Or if that doesn't work click phone>menu>options>Voice mail add the number. It's been a while, so unless I needed to to it I can't remember exactly. Hope one of them helps.
