    Sounds like your cover could be cracked possible....do you see any damage? Def should not be doing that.

    This is a brand new blackberry, couple months old.

    I don't understand...

    It definitely liquifies and I'm pressing quite gently. Even when I'm pressing my green call and red end call buttons it slightly has an effect on the screen...

    I would take it up there. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction. I'm guessing its still under warranty.

    You are the first person to say that. Sorry it was hard to read. I was saying yes I would take it to your service provider because I'm guessing its under warranty.

    Your screen shouls not be affected whatosoever when pressing any button on your device. I would absolutely take your phone back to the store and exchange it for a new one.
