I was wondering how to remove English UK from my language input. I have done the set up wizard and the apps loader but it still keeps showing up.

If it can be removed at all, you can remove it by removing the appropriate language .cod file, as discussed by Stoner in his Memory Optimization Procedure, linked in my sig. Stoner's procedure is well worth doing to free up valuable memory.
