I just got a BB Pearl from work 2-3 weeks ago and for security reasons our corporate security put in a password on everyone's BB before you can get into it. I went to check some work emails last night and when I went to type in my password, it didn't seem to recognize that I was typing certain keys. I played around with it for a bit and noticed it was just the top row of keys that it didn't recognize. The other keys before and after the first row were all good. Anyone have any idea why that would be? It hasn't been near anything wet and I never use it right after I've watched my hands or anything just to be sure.

Also, I have the same problem with the BB not keeping any of my messages / phone logs so if I can fix the keys problem and get into my BB, I will try out some of the solutions that I found here.
