    Hello - All of a sudden I am noticing that the indicator light is on solid red - I thought it used to be green! How come it's red?

    I used soft reset and it's out now....weird!

    Blinks RED when you have an email, IM message. Blinks GREEN if you have the option of service light turned on and stays steady RED when re booting like just after using Soft Reset or a battery pull. The RED will go out. (or at least it should)

    Thanks. I didn't have any messages and after soft reset. it cleared. Maybe it was just stuck. Thanks!

    This happens from time to time, just do a reset like you did...
