    Did you delete it, or did you store it in another folder?

    Same here... I have no computer to use to restore it. I wouldn't mind doing a handset wipe if that's what it will take!

    If you reload the same OS (as if installing again) and click on the repair it box, the os will only reinstall those files that are missing. Then, you can delete whatever files you don't want that has been reinstalled.
