I have sent several ringtones to my T-Mobile Blackberry 8120 and have not received them. I have a valid account set up at T-Mobile, is there something else I need to do in order to receive emails?
I just set up the account so, I have not received any emails. I checked the T-Mobile site, and the the address is a valid email account. I resent the service books and pulled the battery. I resent the ringtone and still, no luck.
Thanks for your help, but the phone was not set up correctly and RIM tech support had to align the moon, stars, planets and sun to get this to finally work
