CrackMem does support the Wipe function, at times, it is desirable to start with a clean slate.
The next step will restore the OS to it's original out of the box condition.
Assuming you have correctly installed BlackBerry Desktop Manager and the correct OS package for your device, run Applications Loader and all will be good again.
