The other day realized that I put a huge deep scratch right down the center of my Screen and it really bugs me. Is there a place where I can buy replacement shells for my Verizon 8130? Also how hard are the new shells to put on? And would it damage the actual phone? Thanks guys

Try a google search for scratch removal a guy used brasso and a micro fibre cloth to buff them out. And I tried it and it worked. And yes you can find replacement screens look on eBay

alright so i found this on ebay..... BlackBerry Pearl 8120 8130 OEM silver Lens screen cover - eBay (item 350046901868 end time Apr-17-08 07:12:40 PDT)

if i installed that it would replace the part that i scratched, but how do i install it and also i thought that part was attached to the bottom of the phone and not just a small piece.

is this what i need to make my pearl pretty again?

Heads up. One of the first things I bought for my BB was these screen protectors by WriteRight. They are a nice plastic sheet with lines on it for easy measuring and cutting. You cut one to your screen size and stick it on your BB screen. protects against scratches and marks. Wally World had them for $2.98US
