It used to be I scrolled through my message list, and it would highlight the messages one by one.

Now I have inadvertently done something that makes it highlight multiple messages as I scroll past them, and I can't seem to figure out how to make it stop.

It's extremely annoying. Anyone know how to fix it? I can't find anything in the manual.

that usually happens when you hold down the shift key. it may be stuck or something. i don't think there are any options for it

Hmm,

When I hold down the shift key, it does not do it. When I let go of the shift key it goes back to doing it again. I think I have toggled a setting somewhere.

Caps lock was on. I don't really type much on the device, so I did not notice.

Little off subject but how do you turn on caps lock so it stays until you want it off?
