Great site to say the least. I have learned alot already. My problem is that I cannot receive any messages. I can send, change status etc... everything but receive. Has anyone else had this problem? I searched and could not find a solution.
Have done a battery pull. That is removing the battery with the device on, and replacing it after 30 seconds.
It is the first thing you do if you have any issues at all with your BB!
Have done that. I have removed them program and reinstalled. Also called provider and talked to RIM help desk. Did the battery pull. Had the service books resent etc... defective phone maybe? or provider problem. All other messengers work.
