I just did maxmem and now my suretype is gone! everything is in multitap.
I don't have a PC so there is no way for me to reinstall it by computer.

What does everyone suggest? Am I stuck with multitap?

I don't know if this will fixed it but call *228 and it should re update your software and put all the defaults back on. That's all I have.

I called verizon last night and they resent all of my service books, had me take my battery out, and had me wipe my phone and nothing worked. I went to the verizon store today and they were able to give me a new phone because they didn't know how to get it back on. So I have a new phone! yay but now its silver instead of pink because they didnt have pink in stock.
