    my friend has a bb pearl from verizon and all of a sudden today it started immediatly deleting her text messages. the pin to pin messages stay but al lof her texts self delte whi is this happening?

    Did you read that thread? It should explain most things about it. Pulling the battery is like rebooting your PC. Free's up some memory.
