Just returned my storm a day ago,
And thought my pearls inbox was a little thin.... The vzw rep didn't change the pin/esn back....


But now that I have fixed that... Html email has gone bye bye... What am I missing?

Is it still running OS 4.5 or did they downgrade it back to 4.3? If it is running 4.5 resend your service books and register the berry. To register go to options/advanced options/host routing table. Hit the blackberry button and select register. If this still does not work pull the battery.

Did you erase voice dialing? If so that is why. I know with my pearl I can press alt, R.A.C.E. But I am not sure this will work on your Storm because you have a full keyboard.

I actually just returned my storm... And am back to my pearl! Good call btw.... I did remove VAD.... I use vlingo instead.

I know the os is 4.5XX. And I had html on her before?? But can't get em now?

I had issues with HTML not even giving me the option to select HTML and auto dloading of images, but you really jus have 2 resnd the service books a few times for it to take. At least thats what someone else said and it worked for me earlier today.

You do know that emails you already received won't have html. Only new emails.

... Thanks vndlewis, re: old email, I was pretty sure about that, but new ones are still not in html.

I have each of my 3 email accounts set to allow html, but not to dL images automatically.

I have resent secuce books a couple of times as well as verified my pin and HEX/ESN on the vzw/ BB bis site.

I am really out of ideas?

I had to sign into my BIS account on a pc and delete my email account and then re-add them. Have you tried that?
