So I started the below thread in the Curve sub-forum and seem to be getting very pro Curve opinions, I figured I would post here and see if I get counterpoints

    http://forums.crackberry.com/f52/hel...-8120-a-53227/

    Quick rundown:
Looking to make a change to TMo and comparing these 2 handsets. Which one would you and why?

We're getting 2 BB's. I'm leaning towards the Curve and my wife towards the 8120.
I like full qwerty keyboards, she could care less. She likes the form factor of the 8120 better, but I keep telling her the 8320 has a larger screen. What I can't tell right now is, do they both have 3G support or no? Are there any other real feature differences we should be considering? They both seem to have the same processor speeds and built in RAM. Video recording is available on the 8320 with 4.5 so that's a null argument. The 3G is what has me thinking...
Also, do both have (on 4.5 I'm assuming) the ability to view *.doc, *.xls, *.pdf, etc?

I appreciate any and all input.

    Both have WiFi

Curve has QWERTY keypad and larger screen

The 8120 Pearl has the SureType keypad, external media card slot

If you are mainly going to be using the device as a phone and texting, the Pearl 8120 is fine!! I voted Curve because my 8320 is amazing!

On RIM's site they both show as 64MB http://http://na.blackberry.com/eng/devices/compare/, CNET also lists them both at 64MB.

    8120 on CNET http://http://reviews.cnet.com/smart...tag=mncol;psum

    8320 on CNET http://http://reviews.cnet.com/smart...tag=mncol;rnav

Any thoughts on 3G? CNET shows the 8120 has it, not the 8320. I can't find anything on it even on RIM's site.
