i have a blackberry pearl through tmobile, and the phone works fine, but none of the data is coming through, i can't get on the browser and none of my app's are updating.
i have a data plan so i'm not sure what the problem is.
i tried turning the wireless on and off and i tried a battery pull and neither of those did anything.
any ideas?
I had the same problem frequently on t mobile UK, I phoned customer services and explained what was going on and that I thought I needed a new sim card. They sent me a new card and that seems to have fixed the problem.
