I was just recently given a blackberry pearl 8130, i love it except for one thing.
I cannot create a new email address. My friend who owned it before giving it to me created his email address on the sasktel blackberry server and now i cant make my own, it give me the error mesage "An account already exists for this pin."
Does anyone know how i can reset my device so the pin is usable again?
It is causing me much distress as i cannot use email, and the facebook app does not work properly.
i have done the master reset and to no avail.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
I have not found any answers probably because most blackberrys have sim cards and mine does not. Sasktel sucks but its all i can use where i live.
