    My little voicemail icon won't go away-even though I don't have any voicemails! How do I get rid of it?

    1) Battery pull - Remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, re-install. If that doesn't do it,

    2) Call your BB from another line, leave a message, listen and delete your message.

    Call your vm, listen to any message and then exit the system correct. Pressing star key to exit.
