Help! The Headset that was in my packaging for the Pearl doesn't fit the actual headset jack that is on the phone! I'm lost.

um thats very odd, the headset that came with mine worked fine, i would just double check its the right one, and try again!

The jack is too big for the one that came with the packaging.

i would bring it in to a verizon store, and make them give you the correct one then!

The pearl and the Curve are different and I've had that happen with bundled accessorie purchases that came w/ a headset. Luckily have both a Pearl and a Curve.

Thanks everyone. I called Verizon and they said they don't carry those and that I would have to contact Blackberry. Anyone know who/how to contact Blackberry for something like that? Thanks!!!

You can purchase them most anywhere online.. CB has em'.

So if they don't carry the headset, they just toss in whatever one they do carry regardless if it fits or not? :/ They should crack open another box to find one for you!

I got mine from Verizon when I bought mine in December. The package reads: Blackberry Wired Stereo Headset (3.5mm). The part number is HDW-14322-001
