My 8130 just has a skin around it, and it is always in my pocket. I have a big dog (chocalate lab) that goes with me everywhere.

It looks like all of a sudden, I have two brown hairs at the bottom of the screen. They look like hairs that are embedded under the glass, I do not think that they are surface scratches.

My question is: Is this possible??? Could the hairs have gone up through the keyboard and up into the bottom of the screen???

If so, How do I fix this??? OR am I crazy and these are just scratches that really bother me.

Yes it is possible to get hairs under your screen. To clean it, I would suggest watching a youtube video on how to take apart your Pearl. You will need a Torx-6 screwdriver to take apart your BB

Got It!!! Just blew some compressed air in the keyboard near the trackball.
I am sure it is still in there, but not noticeable at the moment.
