Would appreciate input on using the native gps on the pearl with bb maps. Im on the us cellular network, and it takes ages if at all to acquire satellites. A ten minute walk home doesnt acquire. Google maps same issue.
I turned off the bluetooth radio and it then acquired sats, but unsure if this was the answer, or if the half hour time I diddled was needed to acquire the sats. Works great on acquisition. Just havent figured out what conditions the Pearl needs for reasonable acquisition.
What experiences have others had?

Otherwise this is the best unit Ive tried, including the HTC Mogul. What a disaster!
