    I have a Storm and I use desktop manager 4.7.

    I am downloading the software for 4.5.0.124 and it is currently on 4.3.0.72

    I plugged it in and it shows no software update...is that normal?

    Do i need to downgrade Desktop Manager to accomplish the task of updating this phone?

    The phone is not for me, it is for my lady friend...any help or positive comments will be greatly appreciated...

    It also has wifi and EDGE if that matters...

    so now it is stuck on the clock...I let the download manager download the software to my device

    Try downgrading to Desktop Manager v4.6, reinstall the OS on
    your pc. Restart the PC and start over. Good Luck

    oh I didn't have the OS loaded yet...It just didn't show any updates...I was currently downloading.

    I thought that it would show me that there was a software update...?
