I hope this isn't a something simple and I am wasting peoples time but can't find the answer. I bought a new pearl because the other one I had had a messed up screen. I backed up the old one and restored everything on the new one. My email accounts were right there so I left. Now I am not getting my email at all and I can't log into the Verizon blackberry site because I don't remember my user name. Is there an outage? I in a motel right now in a very small town so I can't hop on my laptop and see. I do have the 1x ev do sign. Thank you for your time.
Try this: Go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Press Menu > Choose Register Now. Then do a battery pull. With your phone on, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put in back in.
