    I've searched through this forum and haven't found quite the answer to my problem..

    My email told me to validate a few months ago, and I forgot so now I'm not getting my emails on my phone. I can't remember my username/password so that's not helping either. Well, I *thought* I remembered my username, and it said it was sending me the password right to my blackberry, but I never got it so I can only assume it was the wrong pw. Am I going to have to call my provider?

    If you requested your password, and never received the email, I'm assuming you never receive any. You can go to your BIS site:

    BlackBerry Internet Service

    And you can log on and see your set up email accounts. You might also need to resend your service book, which you can do from there.

    *used* to receive emails. I don't any more, because I never verified my password or whatever.

    And thanks for the suggestion, but I can't log into that site because I don't remember my un/pw.. I guess I'll have to call Bell, ugh.
