    I've never used it but I think its supposed to sync the emails on your phone to the ones on your pc or Mac.

    ya basically if there is any emails that havent been pushed to your phone it forces them pretty much

    so basically if i know i have new email but they have not come through yet i can select reconcile now and it will force new email to my device instead of waiting for the server to check
