i am trying to switch from the pink blackberry pearl to a blackberry storm and when i go into desktop manager and try to change devices i cannot start the switch blackberry device program.
Try installing a different DM download, with the Storm you will require 4.6 if it's an official OS, up to 5.0 for a Beta. If you can't get it to work at all, as long as you make a current back up log, use Restore to move your messages and such over to the new device. Also you should Synchronize your address book and calendar with Outlook before hand.
