[Robin Crusoe]

I've got a new Pearl BB and still haven't been able to add any media to it. Whenever I try from the media section of desktop manager I get "desktop manager has stopped working and must be closed. Windows will notify you if it finds a solution."
I've already un then reinstalled the program - no effect.
What the ................?
