I have a dell laptop, and I'm trying to connect my 8130 to it using bluetooth. I've tried both with the phone searching for the computer, and the computer searching for the phone. They both find, and recognize one another with no problem. When prompted by the computer, I put in the passkey for the phone with no issues, but my computer doesn't have a passkey (that I know of) and I can't quite get my phone to realize that. I've tried all the default ones that it might be, like 0000, 1111, 1234, etc, but I don't know what else to try. It fails to connect due to not having this imaginary key.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using Bluetooth Stack for windows.

    Thanks.

EDIT: I tried with all 0's again and it looks like it worked. 3rd times a charm I guess.

Glad it worked. Did you attempt to connect the third time to the phone from the computer? I know my BlueTooth connection on my computer asks if I need to use a passkey or none, and I select to enter '0000' which is what I saved in the phone.

Let us know if you have additional issues. Hope not though
