I have read about closing programs or apps, what does this mean? If i exit out of a program with the back arrow does this "close" the program? How do I find out what programs or apps. I have "running" on my BB.
I have a Pearl 8130 with Verizon.

Make sure you aren't running extra applications. Hold down the bottom left key while pressing the arrow key (to the right of the trackball). This will scroll through the applications running. 1 by 1 stop on the application and use the menu key to close that application. If you use the red button (two buttons to the right of the trackball) to exit an application, the application is left running in the background.

Also, some of them are always running no matter what - BB messenger, phone, email and the browser will always stay up even if you close them.
