    everytime move the track ball up and down it highlights everything in dark grey then when i press the track ball 2 open it..it wont open..does anyone have any idea whats wrong?

    Sounds like your in selection mode. Press the menu key, and turn it off. If it is off, a battery pull should do the trick.
