When I attempt to place a call or go on the internet the service indicator reads "off" and it makes me "restore connections" prior to placing a call or using the network at all. And if I do place a call, it will disconnect within 20-30 seconds. I have the 8130 and the network is vzw. I have tried to turn the phone off and pull the battery, and that did not work.
