HELP - I have somehow locked my options, and every time I try to DIAL out, it won't register & nothing happens. I can still call out from my limited address book, but I can't just type in a new # and call someone. what happened???

I am having the same problem like the user who started this topic.

I cannot manually dial from the home screen.

I did try the pull batter and replace and it worked. But this is becoming annoying to do it everyday, Why does it do that?

How can I fix this problem. Blackberry are good phones right? Why should I need to remove battery and put it back inside, wait for the phone to restart again, to make a simple call.

What can I do pls help me?

My BBZ10 phone ONLY calls my voice mail. I can text my contats and receive phone calls but I can not make a single phone call to any number otherwise it just calls my voice mail
    I have
Removed your SIM card and replaced it?
Rebooted the device? Do a simple reboot, On the side edge volume keys, press and hold down both of the Up and Down volume keys for about 20 seconds, ignoring the initial screenshot message... the screen will go black and reboot.
Done factory reset and had Sim replaced by my carrier
    NO JOY please help
