    Why is there a need to delete them after there through? Just curious. I believe you have to delete them day by day though.

    When I went to sync my new additional appointments, all my future appointments that were already in there are now in there twice.

    You can delete multiple items by opening the calender then press the menu key, select "veiw agenda", select a day, press the menu key and select "delete prior". This also works with messages etc.
