Please help, I downloaded the blackberry desktop manager for Macs because it wouldn't charge at work without the software installed, and when I connected my blackberry it said I had numerous updates to be installed, upon clicking to install updates everything seemed to be going fine, it was about half-way through when I got up from my desk and came back, only to find my blackberry with a black screen, and the LED at the top blinking red(It is blinking twice with three second intervals) and now my desktop manager will not see my blackberry anymore.
Please help, I got the manager from the BB website, and I have already tried removing the battery.
