Hi there, I've just installed v4.5.0.139 on my unlocked Rogers BB. OS installed without a hitch, but I'm getting random re-boots every 5 minutes now. I'm slightly new at this and was wondering if I upgraded to a newer OS (whichever version that may be), would this possibly correct my problem? My older OS 4.3 was switching to the hour glass for a few minutes when texting or listening to music, so a recommended OS for my Pearl would be great as well.

Sticky at the top of the forum. More than likely, you have an application that is the root of your problem though. This could be the result of a corrupt install, incompatibility, or just a poorly written program. Next time it reboots, from your home screen hold the alt button, and press L G L G. Scroll to the first bold line you see, click it, and you will probably find the culprit.
