It won't charge!
I have the biggest day tomorrow and my blackberry isn't working - Now the radio has turned off because of the low battery, no phone calls, emails...nothing !

I've tried both the USB cable connected to the computer and the standard outlet charger. . .Nothing !

WHAT DO I DO !?!?
PLEASE HELP !!!

Check where you plug your charger in and make sure you didn't bend a pin

i would take the turn the phn off and see if it picks up a charge that way...if it does then it maybe some type of malfuntion is the charger or something

At this point you will only be able to charge the phone via the AC charger. The phone doesn't have enough power at this point to allow charging via USB. Make sure that the outlet your charger is connected to has power. Also remove the battery and the sim card for 30 seconds. Leave the sim card out and replace the battery. Then try charging again. If it doesn't charge, you will need to take it to a store.

Before you go digging for your SIM card, you're on Sprint, so your phone won't have one. Just do as was suggested with the battery.
